NCLEX Tips: Learn tips on how to pass the NCLEX examination, as well as frequently asked questions. The NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN are very important tests that will allow the new nurse graduate to obtain the proper licensure in his or her state to become a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This test ensures that the nurse has met the educational and competency requirements as set forth by the state's board of nursing.
