How to Make a Banana Nut Loaf Bread Recipe

This is how to make a banana nut loaf bread. I like to cook and try new things all the time.  At the beginning of the week I decided I missed eating cereal, but every time I ate it, the milk tore up my stomach. So I decided to try soy milk thinking I might have an intolerance to milk. Well, looks like I have an intolerance to soy milk too.

For the record I will never drink that stuff again! So I switched to rice milk which is actually awesome and tasty. If you are interested in it you should be able to find it at your local Wal-mart. It’s cheaper than milk which is like $6.00 a gallon ( a total rip off if you ask me).

Banana Nut Loaf Recipe

So today for the first time in my life I made Banana Nut Bread. I have always thought that is order to make breads you had to have a bread machine and I was like forget that. However, I found out that I was indeed wrong. It is so easy to make. You literally throw all of the ingredients together and bake it for an hour and 15 minutes in the oven. If that isn’t easy I don’t know what is! Here are pictures of my wonderful creation from beginning to end:

What you need:

1 1/2 Cup of Sugar, 3 riped bananas, 1 1/2 all purpose flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/2 cup of walnuts, 1/2 olive oil

Mix everything up really good and bake at 350’F for 1 hr 15 mins in an 8 x 4 bread pan:

 And the finshed product YUMMY:

Tonight I am going to make these bean burros for the first time. So I will keep you updated on that. If you like Mexican food you will love this meal! Until then……..
