Mike Tomlin Looks Like Omar Epps (Pittsburgh Steeler’s Coach vs House MD)

Mike Tomlin looks just like Omar Epps!

The Pittsburgh Steeler’s coach (Mike Tomlin) could almost pass as Omar Epps twin (Omar plays Foreman on House MD). I first noticed how much they look alike while watching Super Bowl 2009. It is almost eerie. I mean, they look exactly alike. I swear, they are twins or something! Or maybe related in a distant way. Or maybe they just have similar genes or something.

Look at a picture of Omar Epps and Mike Tomlin so that you can compare them. Of course, Mike has a beard in some pictures, but you can still get the idea. This picture doesn’t really do it justice, because when I first saw him on television, I asked my wife: Wait, is that the guy from House? We were both stunned.

I’ll bet both Mike and Omar have been told so many times that they look alike that they are probably tired of hearing it. I think there was even a joke one day on an episode of the show House, where Dr. House mentioned how Foreman looks like the Steeler’s coach.

Either way, they could easily swap positions and few people would notice the difference.

I wonder if House MD will be rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers? Maybe the head coach will be able to give medical advice to injured players? Either way, it is funny to compare them and it is easy to see the similarities in their appearance.

House is a popular medical show, and many nurses and healthcare workers enjoy it. So I am sure they will notice how much the two resemble each other as well. I am not a huge football fan, or I’d probably noticed how they favor each other sooner.
