How to Make Homemade Peach Muffins with Pecans

Here is a great recipe on how to make homemade peach muffins with pecans. These muffins are very easy to make and will have the people who eat them thinking that you slaved all day cooking them. They are great for parties, nursing break room snacks, and more.

This recipe calls for very simple ingredients that can found right in your kitchen. This recipe is easy to follow and is sure to please the family!

Ingredients to Make Peach Muffins with Pecans:

  • 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
  • 3/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup of Peach Slices (cut into finely chopped pieces)
  • 1 cup of Finely chopped Pecans

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar with a mixer. Add egg, sour cream, and vanilla: mix very well. Stir in cinnamon and then flour just until moistened. Put in peaches and pecans. Fill greased or paper-lined standard size muffin cups (cup-cake cups work too) about three-quarters full.

Bake in preheated oven at 400’F for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are done (if you stick the middle of the muffin with a toothpick and it comes back clean meaning nothing stuck to the toothpick they are done). Cool the muffins for about 10 minutes. This recipe makes about 12 muffins. Then ENJOY!!
