How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Stuffing

This is a recipe on how to make Chicken and Broccoli stuffing. This dish is very tasty! This recipe can be simply cooked in a skillet. No need to heat up the oven and waste electricity.

It takes about 5 minutes to prep and about 20 minutes to cook. So in less than 25 minutes you will have a tasty meal that will have people thinking you slaved all day cooking. This meal is perfect to fix for the family and is sure to be a favorite choice! Here are step-by-step instructions on how to make this:

Ingredients for Chicken & Broccoli Stuffing:

  • 6 small boneless skinless Chicken Breast cut into Halves
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 package of frozen broccoli
  • 1 package of Chicken Stuffing Mix
  • 3 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 First cook chicken in oil in a large skillet on medium-high. Flip chicken about every 6 minutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. While you chicken is cooking, cook the frozen broccoli according to the package’s instructions. Once the broccoli is cooked, drain the excess water leaving about 2 1/2 cups left over. Then add the stuffing mix to the broccoli and water and stir until it is moist. Place the broccoli and stuffing in the skillet and return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle it with cheese. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes or until cheese in melted!

Then ENJOY!! This dish is best served with a side of green beans, corn, tossed salad, or garlic bread!
