How to Make Beef Stew Soup

This recipe is for Beef Stew made in a crock-pot. This recipe is very easy and is perfect if you have very little time to cook but want a great tasting meal. If you don’t own a crockpot, they are a wonderful tool that can cook almost anything. They are especially great for soups, meats, stews, chili, and more.

This is also great if you’re nursing job allows you to bring meals for little nursing parties (many employees like to bring meals for  holidays and so forth). It’s also great for the entire family, and it can last for days if you like to eat leftovers.

Tools Needed:

Crock-pot (at least 3 quarts)

Ingredients for Beef Stew Meal:

1-2 pounds of Beef Chunk Roast or Rump Roast (uncooked) 1 Large Can of Tomato Juice 2 Cans of Variety Can Vegetables (can use fresh or frozen vegetable- the can is the easiest and fastest) 2 Celery Stocks 4 Peeled Medium Sized Potatoes 1 tablespoon of Salt & Pepper 5 Peeled Carrots 1 Large Onion

Take all of the ingredients above and put into your crock-pot. The best time to do this is at night right before you go to bed. If you decide to do this cook it on medium all night long and in the morning turn your setting on warm until you are ready to eat. If you decide to not cook it at night it will take 8-10 hours to cook on high. After it cooks you are ready to enjoy!
