How to Make Baked Bruschetta Chicken

This is a recipe on how to make Bruschetta Chicken. This dish is very tasting! Even though the name “bruschetta” looks intimidating, this dish is so easy to make. It literally takes about 8 minutes to throw together and the rest of the time is spent baking. This meal is perfect to fix for the family and is sure to be a favorite choice! It can also be an impressive meal to cook if you ever throw a party at your nursing job. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to make this:

Ingredients for Bruschetta Chicken:

  • 1 Large can of Undrained Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Package of Chicken Stuffing Mix
  • 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder Or 2 garlic gloves
  • 1 lb. of uncooked boneless chicken cut into bite sizes
  • 3 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese (add more cheese if you like it cheesier)
  • 1/2 cup of Hot water
  • 1 13X9 inch baking dish

First preheat to the oven to 400’F. Then place the undrained diced tomatoes in a mixing bowl along with the stuffing mix, cup of hot water, and garlic. Then stir this until the stuffing is completely moist. Now set this aside. Place uncooked chicken pieces into the baking dish. Then sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken and top with the stuffing mixture. Then bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Then ENJOY!! This dish is best served with a side of green beans, corn, tossed salad, or garlic bread!
