Ingredients for Bruschetta Chicken:

1 Large can of Undrained Diced Tomatoes

1 Package of Chicken Stuffing Mix

2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder Or 2 garlic gloves

1 lb. of uncooked boneless chicken cut into bite sizes

3 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese (add more cheese if you like it cheesier)

1/2 cup of Hot water

1 13X9 inch baking dish
First preheat to the oven to 400’F. Then place the undrained diced tomatoes in a mixing bowl along with the stuffing mix, cup of hot water, and garlic. Then stir this until the stuffing is completely moist. Now set this aside. Place uncooked chicken pieces into the baking dish. Then sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken and top with the stuffing mixture. Then bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
