ADN or BSN for a Cosmetic Nurse?

I love love love your videos you are very informative. Would it be better for me to get an ADN over a BSN if my goal is to just do injectables and own a med spa?

-Marshay

Hi Marshay! Thank you so much for your comment about my nursing videos. So happy you found them useful! Thanks for dropping by the site to ask a question. I think getting an ADN would be a great route to go, especially since your career goal is owning your own med-spa doing injectables.

Anytime anyone asks me this question, I always ask them what their main career goal is. If your main career goal was to be a nurse manager, educator, or advanced practice nurse, I would say go for the BSN first. But an ADN in this situation would be perfect. The great thing about it is that if your career goal changes you can always go back for a BSN and many programs offer this completely online. I wish you much success in your career and hope I helped you out!
