    Harry,

You will need to fill out an application for a nursing license with the state of VT. Usually you can do this through their website but it seems to be down. Every time I go to it, it says this: “This organization’s certificate has been revoked”. So there is a problem with the security certificate of the website.

I would call them and ask for them to send you an application and tell them their website is down…they probably don’t know it haha. Here is their phone number (802) 828-2396.

Unfortunately, VT is not part of the compact nursing license agreement and if they were, your Colorado license would work. So now you will have to fill out the application and pay a license fee. They will probably require you to submit your current RN license, go through a background check, and possibly get finger printed (that is a may be since all states are different on their requirements).

Hope that helps. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! May you have a blessed 2015!

Hello, thank you! I mean my current license is Vermont and since Vermont is not allowing me to renew this March 2015 because I do not have SSN, I want to renew to other STATE. Is Texas accepting endorsement without SSN? Do you have suggestion where can I renew?
      Thanks again.

Yes, you can get endorsement in TX without a social security number. You will need to follow the step for international candidates. Here is a link to the instructions…it is number 7 the second box.
