How to Properly Marinate Your Steaks

Marinating steaks takes a great recipe and the right technique in order to produce terrific tasting steaks.

This recipe for marinating steak calls for ingredients that you can find right in your refrigerator or cabinet and can be done in less than 5 minutes.

Not only will these steaks be the best steaks you have ever tasted but they will have your guests thinking you have slaved all day cooking them. Before you decide to cook your steaks, whether it be on a grill or a skillet, you will need to let them marinate for about 5-8 hours.

This is so the meat can absorb you marinating sauce which will help keep flavor in that would otherwise be lost during cooking. Before we begin here are the items you will need:

Ingredients to Marinate a Steak:

Tupperware bowl with a Lid Meat Pounder 1 cup of your Favorite Steak Sauce 1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt 1/2 Tablespoon of Onion Salt

Begin by taking a piece of steak and add a 1/2 tablespoon of steak sauce to both sides of it and with your hand smear it all over the steak.

Then add Garlic Powder and Onion Salt to both sides making sure you completely cover it. Then with your meat pounder, pound the meat making sure the ingredients in being absorbed into the meat.

Do the same to the other pieces of meat. Then place the meat into your Tupperware Bowl and drizzle steak sauce on top of meat and then put the lid on the bowl and shake it and then let it refrigerator for 5-8 hours.
