How to Make Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

This recipe is for making Scrambled Eggs with Cheese. This recipe makes the perfect meal for breakfast! It is very easy and quick to make and is sure to please your taste buds.

Scrambled eggs have been around for many decades and they can make a nutritious breakfast for the family. They contain many nutrients and contain protein, but do have some cholesterol as well, so they should be eaten in moderation.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to make this recipe:

Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs with Cheese:

  • 2-4 Medium or Large Eggs
  • 1/2 of milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 stick of butter or margarine

Begin by cracking the eggs into a mixing bowl. Then add milk, salt & pepper, and cheese to them. Then take a spoon and in a beating type of stirring motion beat the eggs by busting open the yolks and stir until everything is mix together.

Then in a medium sized skillet place 1/2 stick of butter in it and let it melt on medium-high. Once it is melted add everything in the mixing bowl to it.

After about 1 minute of cooking the eggs will start to look like they are cooking and will begin taking on a solid looking form. Then with a spatula mix and scramble the eggs.

Once the eggs are a yellow color and are not wet looking they are done. Now ENJOY!! Served best with- toast, biscuits, bacon, sausage, or all by their self.
