This meaty meal has been around for ages. It is made from ground beef, which is a good source of protein, but does contain some fats as well.

Not only is this recipe for meatloaf filling but very tasty. It is sure to please the whole family!

Ingredients to Make Meatloaf:

  • 1-2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef
  • 10-12 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 Medium Chopped Onion
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups of Ketchup

Take all of the ingredients above and mix together in mixing pan (leave 1-1/2 cups of ketchup leftover).
