Ingredients for Chili Cheese Con Queso Dip:

1 Large Package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 8 ounce container of Cream Cheese

1 15 ounce can of Chili without beans

1 Large bag of your favorite Tortilla Chips

Optional: 2-4 Drops of Hot Sauce or 5-10 Slices of Jalapeños Peppers to make it Spicy!
Begin by adding Cream Cheese and Chili to a microwavable bowl and then on top of that add Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. After 3 minutes stir the contents (Optional- add Hot Sauce or Jalapeños Peppers and stir) and then place the bowl back into the microwave for 2 minutes.
Once cheese is completely melted it is ready to eat! Then ENJOY!! Served best with- Nacho or Tortilla Chips
