The card declines to prevent unauthorized transactions. This has actually happened to me before while making a large number of purchases at Walmart.
· The credit card information is entered incorrectly. It is easy for customers to incorrectly type in the credit card number, address, security code, or other personal information during online transactions. Repeatedly entering incorrect information may also lock out the credit card user for a certain amount of time, or the customer may be prompted to contact a customer service representative at the credit card company.
