I am a LPN in Oklahoma, I am moving to Montana, Do I need to do to change my license to Montana to work in the state of Montana? If so how do I do this? Will I need to take state boards in Montana?

Since both of these states are not part of the nursing compact agreement you will have to apply for a nursing license in Montana. You can do this via their website. No, you won’t have to re-take the NCLEX or any other exams. If these states were part of the nursing compact agreement you would just use one license (your OK license) and wouldn’t have to pay money for another one in Montana. But since they aren’t part of the agreement you must reapply in Montana and pay the fee.
