Ingredients to Make Beef Potato Salad:

1 beef top round steak

2 lbs of unpeeled potatoes

2 teaspoons of ground cumin

Salt & Pepper to taste

1/2 cup of minced cilantro

3/4 cups of Wine Vinaigrette

2 Cans of Black Beans
Begin by cutting potatoes in halves and placing them in a microwavable dish with 1 1/2 cup of water. Cover and microwave for 10 to 14 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Then rinse the potatoes under cold water and drain excess water. In a separate bowl combine cumin, salt, and pepper together. Then take this mixture and cover the beef top round steaks completely. Cook steaks on grill uncovered until done to preferred doneness.
Then while steaks are still cooking, brush potatoes with the wine vinaigrette and place them on the grill with the steaks. Cook on grill for about 8 minutes or until brown.
