I might be getting a job as a Nurse Intern (YAH YAH).

Hey everyone,

Great news!! Okay while I was at clinicals today on the cardiac floor (remember I want to be a cardiac Registered Nurse RN) the floor nurse manager asks me if I would like a job and I was like well what do you mean job? She said that she had a nurse intern position open for me if I wanted it and the thing was that I was already thinking about applying for it but talked myself out of it and thought it would be too much to handle so I quit thinking about. However, today it was brought up again and I was actually being recruited for the job. So I was like yeah. First of all the pay rate is AWESOME. I can work whatever hours I want. If I work at least 20 hours a week I can qualify for health insurance (another major plus). So she told me to put in an application and to call her after I did. When I got home from clinicals I immediately did it and called her. She said that she will be calling me back sometime to set-up an appointment time to meet. So cross your fingers I get it. I really want the experience and to get my foot in the door because that is the floor I want to work on after I graduate in May. Not to mention I am been praying to God about it and of course everything will go as He wants it planned.

Well I am off to do my careplan (blah :-( blah). I hate careplans…so time consuming. Oh yeah check out my twitter thing in the left hand corner…cool huh?! You can always check here to see what I am doing. Have a great week!

Until next time,
Sarah ;-)

    I found your blog! :-)

You are lucky that you had the day off! I had to go to mountain city for my communities class. It was fun being with my group, but I would rather have stayed home and studied.

I am glad you liked the hot chocolate! See you Friday!
