Ingredients for Spicy Artichoke Jalapeno Dip:

2 6 oz jars of Drained Marinated Artichoke Hearts

2 Finely chopped Jalapeno Peppers

2 Finely chopped Green Onions

12 oz container of Cream Cheese

1/2 cup of Melted Butter

1 cup of queso fresco or feta cheese

1 Bag of your favorite Nacho or Corn Chips
First preheat the oven to 325’F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray. Chop artichoke hearts and spread on bottom of pan. Then sprinkle it with jalapenos and green onions.
Then combine cream cheese and butter in a small bowl and spread over chopped artichokes. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese begins to turn brown. Then top with additional jalapenos. Best if served hot. Then ENJOY!
