This recipe is on how to make Crock-pot Chili. This recipe is very simple to make! These step-by-step instructions will help you make a delicious meal that will be sure to please your taste buds! This is perfect for an entire family, or even a party at work. Many nurses bring chili on holidays or other nursing-related parties.
Ingredients/Tools to Cook Chili:

2-4 quart Crock-pot/Slow Cooker

2 Cans of Red Kidney Beans

1 Large Can of Tomato Juice

1-2 Cans of Crushed Tomatoes

1 Large Chopped Onion

2 lb of Uncooked Hamburger meat (80-93% Lean)

2 tablespoons of Chili Powder

1 tablespoons of Pepper & Salt (Optional)

3 cups of Shredded Cheddar Ch

Take all of the ingredients above (*except shredded cheddar cheese) and combine them together into your Slow Cooker/Crock-pot.
*Note- the Hamburger meat can be frozen but if you do use frozen meat be sure to stir your chili ever so often while it is cooking so the meat will be evenly distributed through out the chili.
Then set your Crock-pot on High for 5-6 hours. Then afterwards top your chili with some shredded cheddar cheese and ENJOY! This is best served with corn bread, biscuits, cheddar biscuits, tortilla chips, or crackers.
