I am a Radiologic Tech (RT/X-Ray tech) have been for 30 years and want to become a registered nurse, RN. Are there any online programs where my 2 year education would suffice towards an online BS degree leading to BS in Nursing?

Warren,
Welcome to the site! I know of other x-ray techs who have done the same thing as you. Your options for nursing degrees are as follow: the 2 year ADN (which I know you specified you are looking for a BSN) or the BSN
Since you have already completed some pre-requisites in college with your two year radiologic degree, you may be able to count some of those classes to the pre-reqs for the nursing program (so that will knock off some time).
Many nursing programs offer online programs for RN to BSN (this is where the person already has an ADN degree and wants a BSN) or accelerated BSN (which is for people who already hold a BS degree and want to become a nurse).
Generally, it is hard to find a 100% online program just for the RN program (without the special considerations I just mentioned). BUT many of the nursing classes may be online while the others won’t. For instances, nursing theory & research is usually an online nursing course. So some of your classes may be online while others aren’t….Question for you have you considered looking in a BSN program that is just nights and weekends? I know some schools have them.
Where do you live…may be there are some in your area…you never know?.

I think LIU Brooklyn has a night/weekends programs for a BSN. It is a part-time program which may be something you may want to consider since you already have a job. Here is a link to their program:
