So next month I am taking the HESI A2 entrance exam and I have not studied. I figure it won’t be that hard. I did really good on the ACT. I scored a 26. I have heard that the HESI A2 is like the ACT.
Is that true?
I am sort of freaking out because my friend has bought a study guide and has been studying since Christmas. My question is how did you study for your nursing school entrance exam and what do you recommend studying for the HESI A2 exam?

I had to take the HESI A2 exam last semester and I passed all the areas. I think our over all score had to be an 850 to be considered for admission and I got a 925. I just used the HESI A2 study guide. I was looking on this site and found this article about the study guide. Here it is: https://www.registerednursern.com/hesi-exam-hesi-evolve-reach-test-information-review-tips/
Just study the guide and you should do good. You better start studying though like your friend lol. By the way, yes it is similar to the ACT in that it as questions of stuff you should have learned in high school. It doesn’t have any nursing material on it.
