Do you have to have a specific GPA for nursing school or does it have to be at least a certain number? I’ve had a C or two, but my GPA is at about 3.0. Is this an acceptable GPA for nursing school?

The GPA requirements for nursing school entrance varies depending on what the school you are wanting to go to requires. I know some require at least a 3.0 GPA while others require a minimum of a 3.5 GPA. It depends on how prestigious and competitive the nursing school is.
What nursing school program are you wanting to go to? I suggest you contact the specific nursing program you want to attend. If you go to the school’s website and look at their nursing program, the GPA requirements are usually listed there. A 3.0 GPA is usually good enough but I would definitely check with the school.
