Here is how to make a gluten and dairy-free pizza. The recipe tastes great! I couldn’t even tell the difference between that and a “real” pizza. The only complaint I had though was that the cheese didn’t melt as good as regular cheese. The dough was so easy to make and work with. “Real” pizza dough usually sticks to my hands, but this dough didn’t.

Ben made one, and so did I. We had a competition to see who would make the best looking pizza, and I was shocked but I think Ben beat me. Which one do you think looks better?
This one above is mine LOL. It sort of looks like a mess, but hey, it was good. I put pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, and “cheese” on mine.
This one is Ben’s pizza. Yep, it looks better than mine…and just because it looks more organized. Plus the pepperoni looks prettier on the top. He just has pizza sauce, “cheese”, and pepperonia on his. He doesn’t like crunchy things on his pizza so he decided to pass on onions (more for me).
So mission accomplished on the Gluten and Dairy-Free Pizza. We will definitely be having this meal again and again.
